We contracted John to remove two fallen trees from my 83-year-old mother's home following Hurricane Helene. In a state of urgency, we agreed to a $20,000 contract, despite the typical cost for tree removal being significantly lower, often under $3,000. John proceeded to drag one tree off the house, inadvertently damaging a portion of the brick facade. Additionally, his actions caused a third tree to strike the home. Initially, he refused to take responsibility for the damage. As a result, we are withholding the funds necessary to cover the repair costs. Recently, John has begun to harass my mother in person, making her feel threatened and unsafe.

We just purchased a home and had a few dead trees that were extremely hazardous, John made it a point to get us on his schedule asap to get them down. We’re very pleased and if we ever need another tree cut we know who to call!

It has been my pleasure to use John Green’s tree service 3 times. He and his team of workers have always been courteous and professional. Someone from this company cut me off and almost made me crash today around Harbison. Clearly they have no cares about anything. Wouldn’t ever use them or recommend them for anything. Garbage.

Mr. Green and his crew cut down 2 trees for me and completely grinded the stumps and leveled everything. They took great care with my plants, which I truly appreciated. They were professional, thorough and courteous. Mr. Green's price was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him highly.
